This guy is the last of three guys to go in trial for the kidnapping, murder and dismemberment of three people in Pittsfield Ma back in 2011. His lawyer is afraid his client's appearance may keep his client from receiving a fair trial because jurors will already have made up their minds he's guilty beforehand. Could you judge him based on solely the evidence and testimony or could you not judge him fairly based on his appearance. The local morning show asked the question and my reply was it's all about the evidence. It's his right to look like a horses ass. If the evidence shows he's guilty then he's a guilty douchebag who just happens to also look like a horses ass and will spend rest of his life looking that way in prison. What do you peeps think?

Unfortunately first impressions weigh heavy on peoples opinions, throw in crime and you are done before you begin(imo). But I agree let the evidence judge this idiot, not his looks.

I've actually been turned off somewhat at a Red Robin when the server guy came over with big old ear lobe holes dangling. Guess they had him take out the gauges and it was almost worse looking at these mega holes

i dont not ever judge someone entirely off of how they look. your actions speak volumes off of how you are judged and how you carry yourself even moreso. now with that said we are so stupid when it comes to the justice system. i am not going to get a fair share because i am black brown gay or i have tats or piercings all over my face. i think that is absolutely bs garbage to think that way. if the evidence is in your favor or you have a good person rep your case then at the end of the day you will win. now if the opposite is true and you look the part you are screwed big time.
now from a business standpoint. if you look like a freak and have holes all over your face or tats all over your face. no one is going to want you as the face or rep of their business.. that isnt discrimination that is just common freaking sense. same goes for baggy ass clothes or pants that drag the floor. that may be the style but it doesnt scream hey i am a clean cut professonal here to work with or for you.

the best take home msg to me is this: if you dont want to be judged by your appearance then dont take it to the extreme and or do anything you cant cover up if need be. and for the race part of the equation: if you dont want to be profiled or sterotyped into one lumped group then dont dress like a thug or do the things that bring that unwanted attention to yourself. all of these issues are self correctable yet they are the top of the story all of the time. i am a big bald white boy so tatting a swastika or something of that effect on my face or covering my body in excessive tats is going to lump me into a certain crowd. even if i dont belong to that crowd i bring that attention on myself. so it goes to all races across the board. so if you dont want it then dont do it lol
