thanks everyone. it was a great year and journey and i am fully happy with how i dialed in this year. now with that said even though the excess protein i consume was making me super fat, i will now add in the doughnuts cake pie ice cream and other bad foods that will only make me better and not fat. back to the grinder for real though

if you lived closer I would treat to pizza and beer or chicken wings and beer..

haha thanks man. no carbonated beverages for another week or so. i figured out a long time ago that anything carbonated after being so depleted for so long puts fluids straight to the knees feet and ankles. man is it painful. now the pizza chicken wings and anything else with sugar or fried i am down for. i got about 3-4 good days of housing a bunch of bad foods. i actually did cardio today though so i am still doing some work

i already have team shirts but they arent guns numero uno haha.

next step is the usa's and team universe next year. so i am moving up to the big ones that are actually pro qual shows now. first or last i will be up against the best guys in the counrty
