If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
You guys..maybe planet fitness is not for you but it works for the average person. We can't knock those who try to improve themselves whether it be at planet fitness or wherever. As long as they have the money to pay who cares where they work out at.

i think they kind of toss that notion out the window with the pizza, doughnut and bagel days they have baby1. i am all about ppl getting in shape but that kind of thing is a tad bit ridiculous to me when they look down on ppl that are in shape. i do like their dress code though
Where I went does the same stuff but one needs to look past that and stay focused. Good test of will power if you ask me lol. There are all kinds of places for all kinds of people.
DO IT! It's not jeopardizing your job anywhere and if the club had better trainers these people wouldn't be asking you to help them. A man at my club works 2 people out 4 days a week. I go to 24 Hour with all the Medi-Care crew. I have only seen 1 person in 4 years even make any progress with a trainer anyway and that was because she did it even on days without the trainer. Now that trainer got a better job and isn't there. You have nothing to lose if it doesn't work out. ~Trixie~
most gyms now are going to the 19.99 with tanning or 9.99 without monthly deals...tell them to look at other chains before you jump into this...they revoke memberships at PF easily if they suspect you're costing them money by not being a min wage trainer on their staff and taking cash under the table
It is a good place for people who arent into it as hardcore as we are. But I still want to bring my X-rays of my leg and say " Please tell me the story of why you cant do squats with me again?"
The thing everyone is missing on the point of training so some at a club is the insurance liability. That is the big issue here. If someone gets hurt they aren't gonna sue your broke ass they sue the club and the club owner. When I was a trainer I had to carry a one million dollar insurance policy to train folks.
One more question, would you go to a restaurant to eat and then go in the kitchen to cook the food ? No. Or picture this, you own a pizza place and I walk in you're dining area with two boxes of pizza and I hand out slices for free. Since I'm not charging for the pizza does that make it ok? No.
I think it's disrespectful to the club not matter what club it is to do so without their permission. You are risking their business with your practices.

If someone ask me for help with training, I say. What's your goal. If their answer isn't " to get jacked and tan and be able to kill someone with my bare hands" I politely tell them to go fuck themselves. I only have time for beasts.
