It could heal all wrong and you have a perment problem. Feet must be cared for. A bad foot is going to be a life long problem. With lots of pain. Get an X-ray and see what the doc says, -

I broke my foot several years ago, the cast was bothering me so I removed it. I got problems with my gait and also problems with my spine was accelerated by doing it. The short answer is do what your doctor says. Now they have soft cast for some fractures.Comment

I would want to know the extent of the damage and what kind of fracture it is. If its like a hairline fracture, then you can probably heal fine without anything done. Some fractures might take surgery, casting etc. It all depends on how bad it is isComment

They have air casts now. Those are better then the old regular casts. Thats they kind they always use on me when I hurt my feet or legs.Comment

Wish I had seen this earlier. DO NOT FUCK AROUND LETTING IT HEAL ON ITS OWN!!! Like everyone else said, even if it is a stress or hairline fracture listen to your doctor! Use it as an excuse to train chest every other day LOLComment

I agree with everykne else brotha. I hate going to the doctor too, but definitely gotta take care of that foot. It could just lead to more problems down the road if left alone.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!
