my quads are currently up to 30and half and calves have been traingin liek amadman and are tad under 20 they were 19 about 2 motnhs ago started doin calves 3 tiems a week quads twice a week cuz theya re big but i ened mroe definition so 1 heavy workout and 1 light but 3 times as amny repos one verything for about 8 sets one very exercise

I love the way I can feel everything working in my body while I'm running.
It is almost a type meditation.. especially if you're running along the beach & all you hear are the waves *sighs*
Really clears your head~
I vary the intensity of my workout by cycling in 4 - 6 sprints to push up my anaerobic threshold too.
