  • Who here runs ...

    I just got back from running ... only went 1.4 miles and i thought i was going to die ....

    6-8 weeks ago i was running that loop twice and still feeling not too drained ...

    oh well, i'll try again tomorrow ....

        My sister does that shit alot. She was in the cross-country team in high school this year. When we go to the track she runs like a horse mam, doesnt get tired and Im all dying here.

                I barely can run a mile and a half without wanting to faint. I need to work on that. I usually sprint instead of running a long distance.

                            i've never had decent sized legs anyways, just 24" quads and 16" calves ... i don't think that's really related to my running though, they've just always been small ...
