    my quads are currently up to 30and half and calves have been traingin liek amadman and are tad under 20 they were 19 about 2 motnhs ago started doin calves 3 tiems a week quads twice a week cuz theya re big but i ened mroe definition so 1 heavy workout and 1 light but 3 times as amny repos one verything for about 8 sets one very exercise

      I love the way I can feel everything working in my body while I'm running.
      It is almost a type meditation.. especially if you're running along the beach & all you hear are the waves *sighs*
      Really clears your head~

      I vary the intensity of my workout by cycling in 4 - 6 sprints to push up my anaerobic threshold too.

          i do 5km every 2 days... haven't done it in a while now tho cuz it's too cold outside (and i hate the treadmill)

            Nope.. I live in Somerset County, but takes less than an hour to get to Belmar

            Do you live at the shore?

                  I run (jog if it's freezing out) about 45 minutes every day. That's how long it takes to make a complete circle back to the house and it's got small inclines in places to make the run a little more challanging.

                    i find it very boring, i also get shin splints, but i still do it a few times a week because it will burn up calories with the quickness

                      i get the shin splints also if i do long runs. so i usually use the elyptical machine since it has tv's on it

                        I run 4 miles everyday, started out with about a mile. Took about three months to work up to 4 miles. It was the last thing I ever thought I'd want to do, I miss it now if I don't run.

                            I run about 20 min wich is a lttle over 2 miles for me. Other than that I play raquet ball

                              I run almost every day. I am unlike most people here being an amateur triathlete. 6 foot 175lbs. I bike, swim or run each day.
