Well with weed u can smoke and smoke and smoke and just pass out, you can not OD....coke leaves u wanting more and more and if you have access like that alot of people will die from it and it would cause a shit storm i think, but it would also stop ALOT OF CRIME and thats why they wont make it legal because LE is such a big part of the economy and creates jobs without it we would be hurting even more. Drug fines is alot of revenue.

well yea you can cut it and make it weaker but pure coke is pure coke, maybe when they process it they can do something but if they would make it legal and made it shitty people would just buy fire on the black market.

It's the same old reactive vs proactive mind set. So many people go through life reacting to it as if they have no control and yet there is this other group who is proactive and no matter what happens they accel. Did you know there were a lot of people making millions during the depression? Instead of getting on the "woa is me" band wagon the took advantage of the opportunities life gave them. I personally don't believe in luck. Luck to me is nothing more than preparation meeting opportunity. That's it. If you go through life prepared then you will capitilize on life's opportunities. Plain and simple.
Ok first there definetely is a such thing as luck. I have some of the worst luck that you could believe and it's not a "Woa is me" type of attitude either. I've got plenty of examples......
I bought a bed extender for my truck that needed to be delivered by a certain date so I could carry the wood needed to a job I sold. The day before the job I called Fed Ex to see why my package hasn't arrived yet... and they said " Um I'm sorry sir, but the truck blew up!" I'm like "what do you mean the truck blew up?" and they said "Exactly that the truck blew up, so you won't be getting your package." So I had to call the company I bought it from and they were having another one sent to me overnight in place of the other one. The package was set to be delivered by a certain time. When the package didn't arrive I called Fed Ex. I again asked why my package hasn't arrived yet and they replied "We're sorry to inform you that the truck is not allowed to leave because it has been surrounded by the swat team down the street from your house and the area has been shut down!" By this time I about lost my F'ing mind. So a few days later I finally got my bed extender. A year later I sold it on ebay and I mailed it out at the same time I mailed another package. It was going to NY and the other package was going to IN. A few days later the guy from IN calls and said "I bought an RC truck how come you sent me a bed extender?" So I called Fed Ex and asked what the problem was. They said " check your shipping labels maybe you shipped them to the wrong place." I checked and they were labeled correctly. So I told them "my labels are fine go ahead and look yourself it's clearly marked which box has what and where it is going along with weight and it's declared value on my shipping label." They said "they see they screwed up and had to recall the bed extender to send back to the other guy." Finally the guy receives his rc truck but the packaged was crushed (Surprise there!) and a week later the other guy got his bed extender even though they overnighted the package the day they found the screwup somehow it took a week to get there and got lost in the system again before arriving. So after hearing that I'd love for you to tell me that's not bad luck.
Oh and just so you know that's just the tip of the iceberg! I've got TONS of stories like that. That type of stuff happens to me all the time. I'm always the worst case scenario somehow. I try to analyze every step but I always get screwed. But I keep my head up and remeber what my dad used to tell me " Whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger" and "When you hit rock bottom, there's nowhere else to go but up." So I keep trying.
That's not bad luck, that's misfortune. You have no control over things outside of you. Stuff like that happens to me all the time. It's not bad luck, it's just the way things are. Two weeks ago I had 7 appraisals scheduled. 5 died after I was halfway through each one. So I basically lost $1,750 that week. But, I have no control over some house having way too many problems to go through conventional financing, or some loan officer who didn't pay attention and sent me a VA appraisal assignment when I don't do VA. These things happen. Was it a set back? Hell yea, I lost $1,750. But, I still don't think it's bad luck, it just wasn't meant to be.

Im 24yo and middle class and independant still going to school and single and they take about 35 percent or more of my money that I make then turn around and give it to bottom feeders that have no ambition in life then tax the fuck out of everything we do, its ridiculous and slowly keep taking more privacies and liberties with scare tactics, thats fuckikng sad that people fall for that shit. Maybe its just im young and not used ot this bullshit, i dunno for sure, but things are fucked up and alot of people feel that way.
It's very fucked up! I always complain about this shit. We get triple taxed and then some. Tax on your check, then on the interest your savings account makes, then on what you buy, and on the gas you purchase, also on your property, and there's alot of other taxes too but I can't think of them at the moment. It's like watching Robin Hood when the tax collectors come around. This country is absolutely ridiculous.
They do take all of our liberties too! Look at how much power we give our police forces. I watched this video where a cop drove into a drive thru and handed the girl a $10 bill. She gave him his change and he drove to the next window. When he got to the next window he asked for the manager and complained that he gave the cashier a $20 and she gave him change for a $10. The mangager came over and asked her and looked in the drawer and under the drawer and there weren't any $20's. So he told the cop there weren't any $20's. So the cop came in and walked right into the back and up to the cashier that was at the window. He kept telling her to give him back his $20 and she kept saying " You didn't give me a $20, and I don't have it if you think I have it search me" He said he was going to arrest her if she didn't give him his $20. "Again she said to search her she didn't have it" He then said I'm arresting you and she said I'm underage call my mother if your arresting me" so he maced the girl hit her a few times and arrested her. The cop ended up losing his job because the whole ordeal was on tape and clearly shows she didn't take his money and he abused his power (like all pigs do!) and she ended up getting a settlement from a lawsuit against the police department for $60 g's. Classic abuse and shows how we lose our freedoms one by one. We give these uneducated morons a badge and a gun and let them run around like John F'ing Wayne! Unbelievable!

My bad bro! I read more into it than what you were trying to say. I appologize for that. As far as what you said in this quote, I agree 100%. Seriously, I am fed up with the educational system. We are going to homeschool our children so they will be educated. Now, where I live it's ok because home schooled kids can participate in all the public school sports and they have lab classes and many many other group activities. And, yes, people dont care. There are a lot of parents who either don't get involoved or can't get involved in their kids education. It's sad. And you know you can't count on some teacher who it out numbered 30 to 1 to give each kid the proper attention they need to succeed. I do think there is a huge mishandling of out tax dollars. We spend billions and billios on all kinds of things, but we don't have enough to research alternative fuel sources? Looking at what you are saying about the people in your hometown I see your point. I forget that I grew up in Atlanta, which is and has been for a long time, one of the best cities for small business owners. I have seen many people succed so I have convinced myself that it is impossible to fail if I never give up.
Area has alot to do with things. On the other coast of Florida things were awesome and money was plentiful. On the West coast where I moved recently the housing market is booming but with recent gas prices everything but the homebuying has come to a halt. T'mann I don't know what it is that you think I'm doing. You say it's my fault that I'm not making money I don't see how? I did good on the other coast. There's plenty of other companies in the phone book so obviously people are making enough money to stay in business. I've got the best ad in the phone book. Ads in Val Pak. I advertise in community newspapers and I have a website that I put on all my ads that people can go to. I think I'm doing as much as I can. I literally close 9 out of 10 of any estimates I go on. And I've never lost a job to another company yet. The ones that didn't buy didn't realize how much it costs. My business isn't halting because I'm lazy, or because I have a slacker attitude. I have a very very ambitious attitude. I started the business when everyone else told me it was impossible. I started it at 23 and I'm 25 now. It's been running for almost 2 years now and I was doing amazing now I can still atleast keep barely afloat but I'm still floating. Gas does hurt alot. I need my truck to haul my wood. I haul over 1500 lbs of wood on almost all jobs so a smaller vehicle, or smaller engine isn't an option. Actually on the contrary I actually need truck but refuse to switch because of gas prices. I drive an 04 1500 silverado with a 5.3 V8 and thats barely sufficient, well the engine is but not the hauling capacity. If my prices are literally the lowest, I have the best product, and have abundant advertising where am I going wrong?
I've actually got previous customers that email me alot just letting me know they plan to buy more but moneys tight with how things have been and have to put my services off. Every customer I talk to says the gas is killing them, and the energy costs have soared in Florida since they jacked the prices from the hurricane damage. Plus Housing insurance has almost doubled from the hurricanes. It's very hard to make it on the West coast of Florida. My Fiancee used to work for the government as an exec admin and graduated from Univ of Maryland and can't find a job that pays over $10 and hour. The only ones that do are literally 40 miles away. When you add gas and tolls it ends up being less than the $10 an hour jobs. Now she's trying to go back to college to finish her nursing degree but noone will accept her since she only needs 3 classes to be an RN. Space is limited and they don't want to waste a spot on someone that needs 3 classes when they can put someone else in her place that needs 20 classes. She's tried EVERY college in this area. The only colleges that will accept her is the ones on the East cost of Florida. It sucks! Wages are F'ing horrible! They all require you to speak spanish which really pisses me off! Gas is High! Everything is rising in price but our damn wages! The only jobs that seem to rise in pay is for the people that are already in high positions. Anyone thats trying to climb the ladder is getting the wooden spoon up the ass.
Bush and his whole administration needs to just get in a huge plane crash... Im not blaming Bush for the gas prices as I havent a clue as to what the causes are (apparently no one knows for sure). however, th commander and chief of the USA would definately get a finger pointed at him justly (since his whole fucking family is involved in oil).
Either way. theres no way a republican can defend bush as a good president. ive never heard one do it. and im not even liberal...
I blame Bush and his Administration for everything. If it wasn`t for him and his people we wouldn`t be in the war with Iraq in the first place and wouldn`t be in this mess that we are today.
Many people just don`t drive their cars anymore. What about people that work far away from their homes and have to drive an hour or even more to their work.. this gas prices are insane.. and yes it was never like this when shit was calmed down... because of Iraq/Saddam Hussein and Bin Laden we are paying our dues here. I really wonder what people were thinking when they voted for Bush.. well it could also be a scam. Once Bush goes away from his "president status" it will still take years to recover.

People who go to school and get Bachelors or Masters degree can`t find any jobs..and how will they pay back the financial aid money ??
Rents/Mortages are higher than ever..here in Boston you can`t even rent a studio under $900+ ... food is getting expensive too. I remember I used to have 15 bags full of food for what $100 now it takes me close to 300$ almost every week 1/2. The way things are going we will be the ones who will have to look for someplace else to reside.
Everything you said is our scary reality and thats why I said suicide, theft, and overall crime rates are going to start climbing dramatically if shit doesn't change soon. Even scarier our prisons are overcrowded so it will get to a point where there is nowhere else to go.

You were brought up in a different generation 007, lol! Many kids of today don't know the meaning of work, or having to pay for everthing they have. I know in my neighborhood, many of the teenagers already on their second or third car that their parents buy for them and pay insurance. I see dads cutting the grass and washing the cars while little Billy or Suzie is off at the cluds or at the malls, lol! Seems like alot of parents nowdays what to be "friend" and not parents. It does help though 007 that you are in a high growth area like CO. Many in the upper Mid-west states are in a totally different situation and can't afford to move to these growth areas.
I hear that. I paid for my car and insurance. Cut my dads lawn, washed his cars and trucks and he never handed me shit. He put food on the table, a roof over my head, and he spoiled my ass on christmas .
I cut a few lawns in the summers, raked leaves in the fall, and shoveled driveways in the winter for money since I was 10. As soon as I turned 16 I lived in the country so I literally drove my bike 14 miles to work while going to school. My dad taught me to appreciate what I earn which is why I have the ambition I have today.
The kids these days are all little piss pots with no discipline. They have no guidance whatsoever. I saw one mom say she was looking for a game for her kid at blockbuster. I saw her pick up grand theft auto so I offered her advice. I asked how old her son was and she said 5. I explained exactly what stuff is in grand theft auto and why she shouldn't buy it for her kid. I even pointed to the label that said Mature! She said "oh I didn't realize" and put it down. I walked away and I saw her walk right back over grab the game and buy it! Unbelievable! They say its the games that poison our kids. Yeah right it's these fucking stupid parents that don't give a shit what their kids are doing. So then they ban games for it's content when they should just tell the parents to fuck off and learn how to raise a damn kid!
