    So I got caught

    Flexin in the restaurant bathroom lol. I was flexin and I'm wearing a tank top and got busted. The guy walked In and I walked out lol. Never been caught before flexin in a mirror at a restuarant. Ooops

            When I start cutting I pull shirt up and look at abs and viens. I can see if I afford a cheat meal or not... anyway clerk at store said, " are u looking at your muscle belly"?
            Yep been busted in some ways that I wouldn't think anyone would notice...
            She said it's all good, let me see again she said.... LMAO!!

            Then the boner thing early at store in morning is tough in exercise shorts...lmao!!

                    i do it before and after. in all honesty that's normally when i run through my manditories during a prep. i pose at other times but i like to do a little every morning while getting ready to compete

                      Haha I think the worst for me was getting caught checking myself out in a car window. For some reason, certain car windows make you look huge. But, didn't realize someone was actually in the car.

                        Guns, I do not flex much. I just do not care. My son will open the door to the bathroom after he showers to let the mirror clear and he is always flexing up. I bust his chops and tell him we should have named him Arnold.
