So I'm entering the washroom area at the gym and I see this guy walk in with his socks on no shoes steps in front of the urinal where theres piss on the floor in front of the urinal takes a leak so I'm curious. I get done I then watch him go back into the locker room and put his shoes on. Wtf is wrong with people my god

people are stupid. same thing on the gym floor. bare foot on the floor and bare skin on the mats or carpet/flooring. nope not me, i trained with a lady that got a nasty infection from the floor that all the nasty people roll around on.

After I built a deadlift platform for the gym, I pulled barefooted off of it. But that’s my gym. The only ones allowed are FF’s and cops. Even though they could be nasty too. But I don’t think those guys do deads

People do disgusting things in public gyms. I have to shower there and you hear guys in the shower stall spitting loogies and blowing snot rockets while taking a shower so you know they are pissing in the shower too. Grosses me out to think my bare feet are standing in someones snot and piss LOL

Oh man I see guys do that shit all the time at the gym. I've seen numerous guys walk across the locker room floor barefoot, go in the bathroom area and showers. Boggles my mind how people can do that. I'm probably weird, but I'll stand on top of my shoes if I'm changing into my gym pants before working out. My feet will never touch that nasty floor lol.

And the guys that sit on the benches with their bare ass. What the hell?!? People put their feet up their to tie their shoes all the time.

LMAO! I always wear shower shoes but not into the shower stall. I wore them once into the shower and they were waterlogged for days.
Today I was getting dressed in the locker room and sat my bare ass onto a chair and the second my ass hit that chair I jumped up and said no way am I putting my bare ass on that chair lol

I think it is being clueless rather than not caring. They just do not think that their socks are soaking up all the dudes urine sprinkles from the last time it was cleaned.

LMAO! I always wear shower shoes but not into the shower stall. I wore them once into the shower and they were waterlogged for days.
Today I was getting dressed in the locker room and sat my bare ass onto a chair and the second my ass hit that chair I jumped up and said no way am I putting my bare ass on that chair lol

always have worn shower shoes in and out of the shower. got to get you a plastic bag to put them in your gym bag and get the ones made specifically for showering man. they dry out much faster and dont soak up water.

as for the nasties bare assing on the seats and benches. the old dudes are the worse for it, they dont give a damn. balls hanging down to the floor on the benches, shaving butt ass naked at the mirrors etc.... when their is a giant sign on the sauna door that says no nudity at all ever, you know it's a problem in the gym. noting better than an old ass man trying to carry on a conversation with you while his balls are dragging the floor.

I hate having to use the gym locker room. If I could avoid it I would. I just keep my head down and dont make eye contact or say a word to anyone. I dont even say hi. One time I had a dude in the shower stall next to me trying to carry on a conversation with me. I just ignored him and pretended I was deaf. lol

I have flip flops i keep in a grocery bag in my gym bag. I rarely take a shower at the gym but I do not want other folks funk on my feet.

Dzone, that is bad. Like the dude who trys to talk to you when you are crapping in a stall. DON'T do that, it is my personal doodoo time and I want to focus on my work.
