This is something I have been considering for some time. If I would go back to do what I want, it would take me til I was 60 plus in age. Now people always say one is never to old to do what they want, but I honestly do not want to start a career that late. I am exploring other avenues that may enable me to work as something close to this. I fully respect, and value, anyone who goes to school and earns a degree. I also feel that peoples' life experiences, as well as the things they learn on their own, can be just as helpful. The reality is that people look for the degree. Have any of you gone back to school later in life?

baby i have not gone back to school. i will say that and not joining the military is 2 of my regrets.. i agree at some point your to old to do that but somethings you still can do. like go back to school life is also about the ride there not just when you get there..
my brother has been going to school and he is one year older then me he is working on his engineering degree dont know how more years he has to he goes to night school a couple times a week all of his kids are 18 now.. -

i just registered myself up last week haha. i am going to do 2 or 3 courses every 8 weeks. i am fortunate that i have a lot of my stuff already done and have credit for it. mine is also payed for, so i dont have to figure that part outTGBSupplements REP

I went back to school in my mid-30s. Fortunately I've already established myself in my career (I was a start from the bottom kind of guy) and it was pretty tough balancing school with work at first. Once I got that part down, I actually really enjoyed it. Remembered why I liked school and learning as a kid.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

I'm going back at some point to add on to the little Associates I have . But in the beginning of the year , I'm going to finally get the PT degree I've wanted for a long time .

I wish I had the time or motivation to go back to school. There's so many things I'd love to try. But my 3 year old takes up all my time which is fine by me.
