dont forget the same dick heads posing for 10 minutes between sets or setting up their phone to video their sets. yeah i get pretty pissed also

I can't stand people on their cell phones at the gym. I've actually watched people talking on the phone using their earbuds while in the middle of their set. That's just absolutely ridiculous.

Man seriously I walk up and ask to work in. i do not care if there are 3 of them chatting and watching youtube vids while the last one posts how swole he is on instagram. I do not wait to hear what they say. i just say thanks and start changing the weights. amazingly if there are more than 1 guy they just get up and usually leave. as they do not know which one of them said "sure, work in pal"

I say I do that, I did it once when I was having some bad times and was looking for an altercation. maybe it was less my technique and more the fact I looked like i was ready to smash these dude's faces in with a plate.

I was on the treadmill, doing my hour walk, and the woman on my left was yacking on her cell the whole time. The one on the right was was about 60, and talking with her husband Before they got off she says, ""wait I have to take a selfie". Now the one on her cell pissed me off because I was trying to focus on my book. The one on the right made me laugh,taking her selfie. There was some balance for me during that cardio session
