    Training Breathing Mask

    My Daughters Conditioning trainer has her wearing this now anyone ever try something like this out

    we did it with gas masks to learn how to work under restricted breathing and shoot under duress. now people think that it is altitude simulated training which is stupid and it absolutely is not. you can not simulate altitude with a mask. it will help you learn to control your breathing more effectively if you are taught how to do it correctly

      i have never used one but agree with what guns said.. nothing is going to compare to altitude as far as breathing.. there is a guy who comes in the gym every now and then wearing one..

        I see guys wearing them in the gym all the time recently. Always figured it was to help with learning how to control your breathing. I've never put one on though.
