We always have time to do what we want most. Some want to sit on their ass and complain they dont have time for the gym as they eat their Doritos and watch 3hrs of TV. I dont watch much tv at all, i wake up daily at 730am and get my morning rituals done (feed dogs, make pre workout, take a duce etc.) and im at the gym by 9am. Then the rest of the day we work on our companies. Gym comes first for me.

I agree, I sat down with several friends that have always picked my brain about how I have time to workout everyday with everything else we have going on. I told them all the same thing, there is always time to do something that's very important to you. Time has always fascinated me. It's the one thing every person on this planet has a limited supply of and once it's up , it's up. That's always motivated me to make the best of all my time. I had them clock every single thing they did all day long, which is something I do regularly myself as well just to see where my energy is going. The key is you have to be honest when you are clocking yourself. It's easy to give yourself some leeway when you're aware that you're timing yourself. Everyone is always surprised how much time they spend doing things. Especially things that aren't really that important. I've always seen the same thing, when most people clock every single thing they do in a day, it's shocking how much time is actually wasted on various things that you don't even notice while normally going through the day. Shows you where your opportunities are to make additional time for yourself. IMO those couple hours you take back are best spent in the gym.

Sedentary lifestyle is breaking our health care system. Never in human history have there been more people sitting on their ass eating garbage all day

It has been made so easy for us to eat ourselves to death. So many fast food, quick meals in a box, home delivery etc make it to where we dont have to do shit. Food is prepared and delivered right to our fat asses. Its so easy thats why people dont stay fit. Exercise, diet and cardio require work. Getting fat is simple and easy. Id rather put in the work. It sucks sometimes because i love fried chicken and things like that but all it does is make me feel like shit and look like shit.

If i watch TV I am always doing lunges, air squats, calf raises, pushups when I watch TV. If i sit on the couch for an hour my back hurts.
