  • Your genetic gifts

This isn't a bragging thread but we all have at least 1 body part that we train and get the best results from. It seems to be the part that is the easiest to get the goal we want. We still need to train it hard but the muscle meomory seems to be quicker than the other parts that lag. So tell us what part you are genetically gifted in

my arms and legs have always been easy. chest not so much but i think that had more to do with technique on my part because once i got it figured out it caught up as well. hell i took almost a full two years off of training legs and arms and they still grew a small amount

Hmm i think I was blessed with pretty decent genetics overall (thank you Jesus). Small waist, broad shoulders and thanks to lots of pull-ups a decent v-taper to my back. My arms and my back are probably my 2 favorite body parts to work out.

I am gifted in being skinny without any real muscle building ability and the propensity to accumulate fat around the mid section. I also am gifted in not being athletic and am uncoordinated. hence my name, "jipped genes" because I was screwed in the genetic lottery. I work 2X as hard to get 1/2 as much. But that is what I got to work with so I am OK with it.

Gonna have to go with my abs on this one. I neglect that area the most, but continues to maintain.

Legs (not calves)bi's/ triceps. My strength seems to increase very fast, but biceps fall way behind triceps. And calfs just suck..lol
