  • Crunchy knees

Been awhile since I have done these but I have been doing some lunges and squats and my knees sound like I am stepping on a bag of tato chips! Was is that? I usually do my Googling but know I will get an answer here STAT!

I have them too...called wear and tear girl!!! Had x-rays and MRI done to both, doctors said just be mindful of the weight you push and exercises you do. If it is an unwanted pain...don't do it.

could also be dehydration and or air in your joints. cracking popping joints that arent painful can be from air or something like that in there. that's what a doc told me one time or something along those lines. i also doubt you have been squatting 500lbs plus baby1 or carrying around 200 pounds in your lifetime. now if you did a ton of running it def could be some wear and tear on them bad boys.

Mine sound like that a lot in the morning. First hour or so I'm awake it almost sounds like I'm walking around on bubble wrap lol.
