No I'm not talking about the piercing or anything like that...I'm talking about my the piece of cardio equipment! This thing kicks my ass. I've never been so bad at a single piece of cardio equipment...I cramp in my calves and glutes like nothing...I'm currently lucky to get three minute intervals in and I feel like I just did rounds with Mike Tyson in the ring!
If anyone has any experience with this can they advise on how to get better at this machine other than practice makes perfect?
