        Bench. I can rep out heaviest DB they got there, but my arm gives out on bar bench for some reason.

            When I was a late teen early 20s it was my flat bench. I power lifted and my legs (squat and deads) killed my chest numbers. I've always had strong delts so the snatch and jerk exercises I excelled at but bench took a long long time to bring it to par.

            Now fast foward a decade or so and I don't even flat bench! It's all inclines.

            So more currently I will stick with chest and say decline bar bench. I am a huge "dipper" and haven't done declines in years upon years. For giggles I jumped on there this week and frig! I'm weak as hell!

                Any chest related exercise. Its not fun, i hate it.

                Shoulders suck for me because i screwed up my rotator cuff a few years back but i push through it because shoulders is one of my favorite workouts.
                I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

                        pretty much any barbell bicep curl. I see guys half my size moving more weight than me. The locked in movements hurt my bicep tendons and shoulders.
