My estro runs high. I take Aro 3x/wk in the morning with my other vitamin type pills. I found even on TRT dose I still need to run Aro 2x/wk. Gyno in one nipple can flare and can tell with water retention.

with keeping dex in like that, how does your lipid profile look?

Aromasin because it's what I can get easier than Adex. And my lipids are always in range or very close to. Obviously diet will play a part in this if I'm bulking or not.

damn i miss read your post. i thought you were saying dex 3x per week, that's why i asked. great choice

If I do PCT I use it in the morning. that is when test levels are highest naturally so anecdotally I assume it works best then?

i have read others doing this for the exact same reason. my only concern trying it is drowsiness. if i dont try it i will never now.

as of now is asin before bed and caber when i wake up. maybe ill try asin in the am too when i need to take it.
