When do you take your Anti-E?

When do you take your Adex, Aromasin, etc. and do you have a reason?

I just take mine when I wake up with my bp meds no reason other than that's just the time I take all my meds

I take mine at night no reason other than splitting a handful in the morning and a little smaller handful at night.

Currently taking mine at night before bed. No particular reason other than convenience.

I have been blasting many compounds high doses for years never took any. I started recently to see if I would benefit.

Other than convenience, does anyone have a reason for taking asin, adex, or caber at a certain time of day?

I have them on hand , YES , everyone should , especially when you're on gear .
But I ONLY take them IF I need them !!!
How do you know if you need them you ask ?
Blood work , at least every 6 months and if I start to get gyno , then I'll take AI's .
But if I don't need them , they stay in the stash . No need to be taking things that your body doesn't need !!!
I'm already on a whole bunch of things , why add more if it's not necessary !!!

I 100% agree with you T. Only use them when necessary otherwise you may cause more harm than good.

I am going to put this "best time to take anti e/p" in with the "best time to pin gear" (exception being no esters) and say consistency is what's most important.

If I do PCT I use it in the morning. that is when test levels are highest naturally so anecdotally I assume it works best then?

I went years without using any. Then it seems like all of a sudden I did need them. Since I started using asin and caber as needed I look better and feel good. It really comes down to where levels are at and bloods is the best way to know otherwise I gotta go by feel and personal experience. If prov and mast are enough to keep your levels in check good on ya bro!!
