Hey guns, how much nolva do you take? Tabs? I think I have some liquid which is a pain in th e ass to use.

at 20mg a day it is supposed to help support a little hdl and block estro to a small degree. i dont have estro issues but we keep it in for both water and hdl support since mine stays tanked in the 30s most of the time. it does come up when i am only running hrt though. i know without the nolva and some of the other supps i use it would be close to 0 because i have gotten it like a dumb ass in the single digits before

going to have to take a look at this stuff. does it help with anything other than e. i stay on low dose nolva pretty much year round for help with my hdl and a very small amount of e control

Start with a smaller dose and pyramid up over a few weeks Baby. I have the same prob but if you stick with it they will subside.

I take it too, it is not nearly as strong as real anti Es but will help with E for sure. I take it with zinc.

I have never had a problem with test converting to estrogen at all it always stayed with in normal limits. I started taking DIM this stuff is great. I take 200 mg at night it lowered my estrogen even more.
