I have never had a problem with test converting to estrogen at all it always stayed with in normal limits. I started taking DIM this stuff is great. I take 200 mg at night it lowered my estrogen even more.

at 20mg a day it is supposed to help support a little hdl and block estro to a small degree. i dont have estro issues but we keep it in for both water and hdl support since mine stays tanked in the 30s most of the time. it does come up when i am only running hrt though. i know without the nolva and some of the other supps i use it would be close to 0 because i have gotten it like a dumb ass in the single digits beforeOriginally posted by Dzone View PostTGBSupplements REP
