I cant take anything that wontconstipate my ass. Taking the Clomid and damn its bad enough I need to have that hemroid surgery done guess I know why.

hormones have a big influence on digestion. It is hard to believe but true. If my estrogen is out of whack i notice a change in my bathroom habits.
Also, being sedentary is a huge culprit for constipation some people overlook. This more of a problem for the elderly but can affect even active individuals. Sometimes the daily grind, stimulants like caffeine, and training isn't enough. something as easy as going for a walk on the treadmill or outside can make a big difference. you feel uncomfortable because your constipated but it could be worth it to get things moving along.Comment

yup that will happen with hemorrhoids. when you go to the bathroom knees slightly above hip level. takes the pressure off the corn hole. use some ointment on brown betty to keep it smooth and the lidocaine will numb it some. use wet wipes to keep your ass clean instead of paper. your biggest concern is going to figure out a way to loosen that shit up with diet, exercise, hormones, whatever. recently my estrogen went too low. i got backed up and popped out a stinky blood balloon. its since resolved on its own when i stopped antie/p and increased my aas doses.Originally posted by FUZO View PostComment

Lots of water and a fiber supp 3 times a day. also senna tea will have that moving in no time and it comfortable and natural. Not as fast as colon blow laxative but it works. Also a good probiotic may help."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"

Suppositories from CVS they will get ya relife in 30 min or less,I know no one likes using them but they are great for the relife they provide esp if u have been in Pain and discomfort like I have been beforeComment

Magnesium Citrate drinking a bottle tonight because tren gas bloat and constipation!
After tonight fiber and mineral oil

And broccoli too with bowl of lettuce and spinach leaves everyday!! Cauliflower works too!
LMAO!! I had hemy surgery last summer. Was thrombosed emergency deal, had knots from my cut stack on glutes and woke up with boner while spinal tap had me paralyzed from waist down.
Was worried about that spinal tap all nurses in ER I was in high school with home town...
But while being wheeled out recover I felt and it was on wood so...
