Chicken breast sauteed with onions,garlic and jalapeno.
Add to crockpot.
Sauce-tomato puree,chili powder,ground cumin,red onion,canned chipotle chiles,salt and pepper.
Cooked for 4 hours.
Roll and bake until cheese is melted.

The bloating and tingling side effects with this stuff have gone away.I really like the leaning out from this even though I am at a calorie surplus.I plan to run this for at least 2 more months.
