      Breakfast
      16oz 2% milk,1/2 cups ground oats, 1/2 cup blueberries and 2 scoops of vanilla protein
      4 eggs
      5 strips bacon
      1 onion bagel with garlic/olive oil butter

      Lunch
      3 turkey breast sandwiches on whole wheat with lettuce and mustard
      Potato Salad
      Banana
      16oz 2% choc milk

      Dinner
      Chicken Enchiladas
      Spanish rice
      Beans
      16 oz choc milk


      My recipe for Homemade Chicken Enchiladas
      Chicken breast sauteed with onions,garlic and jalapeno.
      Add to crockpot.
      Sauce-tomato puree,chili powder,ground cumin,red onion,canned chipotle chiles,salt and pepper.
      Cooked for 4 hours.
      Roll and bake until cheese is melted.
