Its actually nice to take 2 days off on SAT SUN since we have softball tournaments every weekend. I feel my body now gets more rest since I put it through the ringer during the week and bust ass.I'm having a little tendinitis in my right elbow area that is very painful but I just wrap it up and do the weight and pay for it later. But that's the name of the game work through your injuries

i train at a minimum of 4 days per week and usually if it is setup that way then you actually need to take those days. when i am on 5-6-7 days then i literally try not to do dick on those off days haha. they are much needed as well. i think i just finished up a program that i went almost 40 straight days without a single day off. that was both brutal and intense.
what most of us cant wrap our heads around is that we need the complete and total rest. it is more productive to training and progress to take off. we make our progress and improvements outside the gym but man it's really hard to take a day offTGBSupplements REP

gotta take time off every now and then and take care of yourself.. or just sit and watch tv with the wife and do nothing..
I work 5days a week go to the gym 4 days a week and get everything I need to get done around the house and yard on sat and we don't do much of anything on sunday.. go buy food for the week and I cook steaks sunday night and we just chil on sunday.. eat lunch take a nap watch movies etc...eat steaks for dinner and get ready for the week sunday night..
