hey bro listen up...do just a test only for your first cycle.. i was 6 ft 158 when i started my first cycle and went to 181...just using test ... i used qv test cypionate 400 mg a week.. 2 shots one mon and the other thursday ..each shot was 200 mg each....

Why would you gain fat with Test? Test has been shown to increase lipolysis.
3. If he gains fat with the test, and he probably will, he could lose hard earned muscle along with the fat when he cuts.

If I were you, I'd eat everything in site. As long as your getting plenty of quality protein, it really won't matter. You need calories. You need extra carbs and fats. Go on a 'see food' diet, when you see it go eat that *****.

A question to those of you that have suggested to him that he takes a stack rather then the EQ alone? How do you know what the EQ will do if you've never run it by itself?Why throw in the Test? What's wrong with taking one drug alone? I'm quite aware that the one of the golden rules to taking anabolics is to make sure a base of Test is used, but who started this rule and why do we have to follow it? That's like saying that 3 sets of 10 reps should be adhered to or squatting is a must for big legs.
It's not like he's not going to gain muscle. Sure, he may not gain as much muscle as if he used a bigger cycle, but then, when and where does one draw the line? Nearly a gram of anabolics on a first cycle is a bit much imo. Although he is shooting for 15-20 pounds a solid diet and training program can take care of that issue. Add in some EQ and he'll be happy with his solid gains. Heck, he could even run the same cycle twice if he wanted to and still make some decent gains.Wannabebig Content Editor

Too young-first find the discipline to eat 50g protein,50g carbs and 20g good fats 6x per day-train intensely 4x per week-heavy weight in the 6-10 rep range-squats,deads and bench-get 8-10 hours of sleep per night-do this for a year and re-post your pics-you'll get exactly the results your looking for w/o AASlivin' for the pump!

If you're still making gains naturally, exhaust that to it's fullest. If you've hit a plateau, then 22 isn't a bad age to break in.
