I posted about this awhile back when the proposition became law. It's true. All possession charges are now misdemeanors, (meth, heroin, AAS, prescription pills, you name it.) All tickets. Marijuana possession without a card is an infraction and the cost is cheaper then a speeding ticket. I believe the same proposition moved burglary from a felony to misdemeanor as well. All in hopes of reducing the prison population.

Wow why isnt this in the news more then? They dont want people knowing? I dont watch much tv and im suprised thats really something a cop said or thinks is going to happen. I wouldnt trust anyones word on it i have to see the actual state statute.
I know here in FL getting busted with a pill w/o a bottle or a drug prescribed to you OUTSIDE of the bottle youre gonna have cops all over your ass. The hayday where pain clinics were open for everyone is gone, they locked shit down around here. Even if you have a script pharmacies fill at their discretion and ive even been questioned when ive been on something for multiple years. walgreens "says" you cant fill outside of a ten mile radius of your address and when i talked to another pharms in the area they say theres no way that can be enforced.
