So the wife found bags of weed stems and clippings and hydro cubes.she called the police and they came out and we had a discussion about California laws and drugs.he said pretty much every drug on California is a misdemeanor now even the date rape drug and cocaine.even steroids.yes steroids good shit California!!!!!

idk about making them all misdemeanors but non addictive stuff i dont even think should be controlled. you can roll up into pharms in a lot of european countries and tell the pharm what you want or what's wrong with you and they will take care of you. that includes codine and other things that arent stupid harsh. but on the other hand i believe that they should legalize it all and regulate and tax the piss out of it all like alcohol and tobacco. pretty much drive the illegal market out and control what is on the market. and i dont even want to hear about addictivity and any of that other crap because if someone wants it they will get it and if you want something you can pretty much roll to the doc and get any pain med you want. so why even bother enforcing the unwinnable war

That's insane cause even if you get popped with a Benzo like xanax without a script you are screwed in Cali. Only thing that's a misdemeanor in Cali is weed and that's only if you don't have a card/script for it.

I know someone that got caught with pretty much empty bottles and they tried to say he was selling the shit and he did some jail time.

They are gonna drop the cards and legalize it.and its costing to much money and jail space for drugs he had three stripes on his sleeves I'm sure he knows what he was talking about.said anything under a ounce was a ticket ,coke,speed,herion.any drug as a class three was now a misdemeanor. I went back and read the debates the house and senate had about making drugs illegal. ( because at one time you could snort coke like having a cigarette.) It was right after slavery was abolished and the reasoning was you could not have all those drug crazed Negros going around raping white women and committing crimes. So they made drugs illegal. What a joke Blacks don't act any different on drugs then any other race. We already had laws against rape and other crimes. Back fire: just like all unjust laws: guess which race got hit by illegal trafficking the so called Negros. Our Government trying to protect us end up causing the problem we have today. People should be allowed to use what ever drug they want but be punished for their actions that occur. Alcohol is number 2 only to heroin and it is legal. I am all about personal freedoms and if someone want to wreak their life and be stoned all the time let them. That way they won't be spending my tax money going to a therapist because they cut them selves.
