i really dont have any experience with it whatsoever man. i would say that the mid range dose would be 30-50. some love it and some say it is worthless, i just never delved into it with all the other compounds i use pre contest wise. that's the only time i really add in orals for the most partTGBSupplements REP

For a big guy like you? I'd recommend 80-100mg. Most see results above 50mg but I know you're a high dose kinda guy.Comment

If you've never used it, start with50. See how it's doing after couple weeks. I like to use lower dosages with my gear. Great gains can still be made.Comment

I'm 270 and I used 50mg a day and it worked very well for me. But if you haven't evet took tbol start out at 50mg then next time 75 then 100mg it takjes time to find the right dosage for a person.Disclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

I should say though I am not as big as you and you probably have a higher tolerance so perhaps more would be required for you. I don't think I've ever gone above 40mg, which is the same I do with dbol.
