Looking beastly brother. I doubt you need proviron but I think its still a nice add on if you can afford to run it with everything else. Its not a huge difference but it does help.

Thank you. I wasnt sure if adding it would make a noticeable change or not. Goal is to come in dry as hell with deep cuts of course. i always come in shredded as hell but cant get the deep cuts so im trying gunz way. Hell even Kai Green complimented me back stage and said i was leaner than most pros lol

if you have the means to add it in then i would do so. it should help out with hardening you up even more and with the libido for sure once the test comes out. i like to keep it in for the duration of my preps. it's not harsh and it def makes a difference imho.

Thanks bratha. So would you suggest last 4 or 6 weeks and 75mg or 100mg daily?

if you are budgeting man i would go with 100 for the last 4 wks. should give you a nice little boost and add even more to the hardness and graininess

Ive been in and out of the gym since 1989, mostly out, hell i use to cruise around in my low rider truck, get drunk then walk into the gym and bench heavy as i could then leave. No wonder why my shoulders are jacked up lol Now im applying what ive learned and im always learning more all the time. Just wish i had this info in 1989 lol

hell if i would have known 3/4 of what i have learned over the years and applied it early on i would have been way better off and most likely more successful as well. i used to have the same mindset of so many today that you can trade off poor nutrition with chems and be successful, same with having bad food and making up for it with cardio. we all know both do not work at all for 99% of people and you lose to people that you should never ever lose to

Sadly people think they can do more cardio to make up for a bad diet. That was my mindset years ago but learned the hard way. lol

Hey have you heard or tried YK11? I ordered some and curious as to what others think, from what ive read it works very well.
