  • T3/Clen Dosing

    I grabbed this from another site. Does this look ok for a beginner on this stuff. I going hard in the paint on getting LEAN!!

    Clenbuterol cycle:
    30ml @ 200mcg/ml of LiquiClen = 6000mcg/ per bottle

    Day 1-2: 20mcg
    Day 3-4: 40mcg
    Day 5-6: 60mcg
    Day 7-9: 80mcg
    Day 10-12: 40mcg
    Day 13-14: 20mcg

    2 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF cycle = 640mcg = 1 Bottle will last 9.3 cycles

    **********************

    T3 cycle:
    30ml @ 50mcg/ml of LiquiT3 = 1500mcg/ per bottle

    Day 1-2: none
    Day 3-6: 25mcg (one dose in the AM)
    Day 7-10: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
    Day 11-13: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
    Day 14-17: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
    Day 18-21: 125mcg (split into 5 doses, 3 hrs in between)
    Day 22-25: 100mcg (split into 4 doses, 4 hrs in between)
    Day 26-29: 75mcg (split into three doses, 6 hrs in between)
    Day 30-33: 50mcg (split into two doses, 8 hrs in between)
    Day 34-37: 25mcg (split into two doses, 10hrs in between)
    Day 38-45: 12.5mcg(one dose in the AM)

    45 DAY cycle = 2525mcg = 2 Bottles needed

    Try not to take it to close to you workouts due to the "cramping" effect Clenbuterol has and also dont take it to late either or you wont sleep.Do not take Clenbuterol Past 4pm

    Taurine MUST be used with Clenbuterol at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
    levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
    Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clenbuterol. And also 1000mg of Potassium gluconate.

    Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
    your breathing and completely ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
    advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.
    If the taste is too strong for you try mixing it with Lemon juice.

    AND drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.

    doesnt look to bad or harsh to me. i probably wouldnt ramp up the t3 to 125 but top out at 100. they are both pretty mild and all the proper precautions are in there with cycling and not going high on the dosing. now i probably would go with a pharm grade t3 as opposed to a liquid version to make sure that your dose is exact. i would also lean that way to the clen as well. if you take to much of either one it can jack you up pretty bad even up to a heart attack or stroke

      Thanks guns youre always on the ball with good advice. I actually just got my stuff in today i have liquid forms of both so thats what im working with.

      I just took my first dose and i feel a little shaky already. Im going to pickup some taurine later today. Ive gotta keep my water up as my daily medication dries me out already.

        no need to split those t3 doses, its active life is about 2 days, ive ran t3 for years and never saw anything from splitting dose

          I personally would just run the t3, running both you might get too much muscle catabolism

            i would split the dose up if it were me. i know some people that have issues with t3 spiking their heart rate it cuts down on that and also it doesnt mess with their sleep patterns.

              not to come off as a dick or a smart ass with you but just because it doesnt happen to you doesnt mean it will not happen to someone else. so saying doing this or do that because of how it affects you is kind of reckless. granted we arent doctors and are giving suggestions on things we arent supposed to be using but going off of side effects and possible side effects getting the minimal amount of them is the most desired response for most people.

              t3 has a host of side effects from shutting down your thyroid to messing up your heart. so i would say starting out with something as small as splitting the dose up can off set some issues right out of the gate. also just because it has a half life of 48 hours doesnt mean that you are rolling at peak dose at the 8 hour 16 hour 24 hour and 48 hour mark.

                I can only speak for experince and what ive read, I have used t3 every year for the past 4-5 years so I would say I have a good amount of experience and of course things can range but we tend to base a regimen on the facts we have read. Now I know people that have elevated heart rate issues from t3 (I personally dont get any sides, or atleast havent yet) tend to break the pills up. If it were me and my heart rate was being affected I wouldn't run it as I run things smarter these days then when I was younger and if it is giving me serious sides I quit. I think health is more important than abs but that's just me. It obviously wont hurt taking more times per day and if someone wants to do that more power to them. I personally just don't think it is necessary but that's why we all got opinions for whomever to read and make a decision based on them.

                  that's exactly what i was pointing out. what is the point of running the risk of having an elevated heart rate to begin with when all you have to do is break it up into split dosing. i have personally gone up to 150mcg per day before and if i were a betting man i would say that my heart rate would elevate if i took that entire dose at one time. i have tons of experience myself as well as working with others and for me personally i would go with a more spread out approach either way. and what i know and what practice works just fine

                    Everyone is different and my approach to anything is to start out with the least and see how that goes. You can always increase anything and if one goes balls out on anything, especially if it is their first time, the sides may not be worth it. I mean who wants to even run the risk of having afibs from their hyper thyroid? I see what a messed up thyroids has done to several of my family members and it isn't fun.

                        THanks, guys for replying i didnt see your messages.

                        I have been on it now for ten days and i havent noticed any changes in my midsection at all. Dieting and doing cardio four times a week.

                          watch the scale and your clothing. keep in mind that these compounds esp the t3 dont discriminate the tissues they eat. it will eat muscle and fat all the same. are you getting an increase in heat? are you shaky? do you feel a surge of energy? those will be some pretty good indicators that your products are working. if not then they may not be properly dosed. if you didnt see any ramp up in energy and a little shakiness when you hit you max on the clen, i would say either you are not stim sensitive or your clen is way off dose wise or fake. you can go up to 120mcg daily if need be but 80-100 should be more than enough

                            Oh trust me im hot as a mother, i sweat all night and i shake alot. to the point where i had to stop it for two days because it was affecting my keyboard typing at work and my voice. It was kinda freaking me out. Today is the third day ive been off of it. I might need to stop the clen and use just the t3.

                              Its definitely dosed correctly, i want the fat burning affects but this shakiness is almost too much.
