It's causing the casual person on the street to accuse everyone of doing this. I posted a pic of my calves on FB and one of my moron friends goes I could have calves that size if I used synthol. Said all natural baby. Not about to disclose my aas use on fb but really? Synthol in my calves? They have great shape and detail. I bust my ass along with great calf genetics in my family. You don't get separation and shape like that with synthol. Idiots like this should be drop kicked in the fucking teeth.

if you are going to do it and destroy your body and look stupid at least do it everywhere. that way you can look equally balanced and stupid. dude has normal shoulders with 25in arms and huge traps. i guess the oil filled traps are blocking the view of his delts. he will most likely lose his arms eventually..

I do not even understand what synthol is...and with pics like that guy, I am sort of scared to do any research on it, for fear of seeing even worse pics! From what I gather, it is an oil you inject into your muscle that hardens never goes away. Is that correct? The few pics of synthol abusers I have seen have all been horrendous! Is it even possible to use synthol without looking like a freak?Comment

I don't get it either as far as straight synthol use goes but I will say some good site injection swelling looks kind of cool in the mirror LOL. I pinned my tris the other day and they had a cartoon shape in the mirror at the gym haha. Definitely anti-synthol though.Comment
