      WOW...makes me cringe! Yet I have tried spot injections before with little to no PIP! It's been years though...which compounds? Longer or shorter acting?

        Both long and short I hardly ever get pip with anything sometimes my calves

          Me personaly I would never hit calfs ever that's just me

                Lol you just to set your phone up to take pictures on a timer. Good thing she wasn't pinning you with those shaky hands!

                  I know right that is a very sensitive area to pin and a lot of veins

                    Ok for the sake of science or rather this thread, I pinned my right calf today. Started out with one cc. So far so good. I was hesitant but MM has never steered me wrong. I'll keep ya posted.

                      Alright... So I woke up this morning and my calf felt a little tight, not sore. After getting the blood flowing a little I feel nothing, like I didn't even pin it. Will def be adding calves to the rotation. Btw did it just how you showed me MM. Sitting down, bending the leg, and pinning the meatier part. Worked perfectly!

                            I hate doing these for some reason muscles are hard here have to push the pin very hard to get it in then it takes forever to get the oil in. That 2.5 cc took 5 min

                              Lol delts are my favorite to hit.. It does push hard tho... But I never get sore in my delts from pinning..

                                Same problem I had in my quads. it wasn't scar tissue. Just took forever. Moved the pin to hit the outer swoop area more. Like butter. What gauge are using for delts? I had to back to 23s for my quads.
