As of this week im 10 weeks in on my test e and Ive been on the tren ace for 6/7 weeks and im about out of the acetate. I want to continue my tren but ill have to switch to enanthate because thats what i have on hand. Is there a way to feather both esters so the waiting period for the enanthate isnt as long?
I was also considering stopping the tren in a few weeks when it runs out and going with EQ. What do you guys think?
In my opinion... 6-7 weeks of Tren A is enough and time to come off or you will plateau and will need to up your dosages. No need to switch to the Enth version.
If you do switch to EQ plan on running another minimum 12-16 weeks on both test and EQ.
Or... Come completely off when your out of Tren A, PCT or Cruise (whichever you normally do) and plan out another cycle.
All depends on what your goals are brother but I am now a true believer in shorter, stronger cycles with time off in between.
EQ takes the longest out of all of them to work. Like lunchbox said 16 weeks min. I would have ran it the opposite way started with the EQ and added the tren last few weeks if you wanted to run them both in the same cycle.
I appreciate the feed back. Ive always liked running 15 weeks sometimes up to 20 weeks, I dont cruise because i want my body to completely heal and get back to normal. Im perfectly fine continuing if I do the EQ route. I really dont want to come off right now to be honest. My strength gains and muscle development are still increasing by the week. I noticed that my weight has stalled at 200lbs so do you think thats a sign of plateauing?
Right now everything i do is revolving around my training and eating. My dedication hasnt been this strong for a few years so i want to keep rocking and gaining while everything in my life is progressing forward..
It's a strange way to run the combo.. Not saying it wouldn't work by any means just not many can say they switched mid cycle to EQ.
How much Test are you running a week? How much EQ do you have on hand? Any other compounds you have that you would be interested in running on the back end of this cycle?
Maybe just crank up the Test to finish out and eat like a mule if your trying to bulk?
All kinds of scenarios....
Remember though... Stalling weight gain or loss has everything to do with diet and calories and very little to do with the compounds you are putting in your booty. Eat eat eat brother.
Tren might be making you recomp instead just directly putting weight on. I think you won't be happy going from tren to EQ, EQ isnt very strong at all compared to tren.
Eat, eat, eat. Read my journal entry from yesterday. Not that I learned anything new but it was a big reminder and the most pronounced effect I've ever noticed. I've had many buddies run 2 or 3 times the amount of gear I've ever run and their diet was just meh... their cycles ended up being the same.
Alright i think ill just hold off and up my test for awhile. Im only at 500mg test and yea i do think my diet could be more. I eat the same foods each and at the same times. I remember reading that you want higher carbs than protein on tren. Is that true.
I usually consume about 250-300g Pro and 250g Carbs a day. Very low fat and low sodium.
I eat 400-500 germs ex of protein at 250 lbs guns did my noumbers for me also get atleast 400-500 g carbs ed with 4800 cal min I have to up these no. With every ten lbs or i stall so diet is key and I agree up the test

without doing your actual numbers your base should be 2g pro per pound of goal bodyweight 1-3g of carbs per pound of bodyweight(depending on how you respond to carbs) .4-.8g of fats per pound of bodyweight (adjusted by how you respond to carbs)
the only compounds that dictates carb usage are slin and dnp. all other compounds really arent effected by what macros you consume as far as their effects go. gusto hit the nail on the head with diet being the key point of any program and i would say up to 95% of the equation. you have to hammer the food in the proper amounts to continue to make gains. i have been doing this for going on 15 years and i still make imporvements every single year
