synthol? How do u like it? and how much have u used on each bodypart?

i have under the supervision of a pro. i have to say that it works very well but i wouldnt make the suggestion to take the plunge unless you are serious about stepping on stage and have been hammering away for years. it is a great tool for the tool box for competitors but not a quick fix. i used 3ml in each tri and 3ml in each delt and 3mls in each inner calf every wk for 5wks on and 5wks off for about a year. it will help stretch the fascia out in areas that you are trying to bring up but it isnt anything that is superior or dramatic but more of a icing on the cake kind of deal

i believe that he did state that, in fact, he did use it before under the supervision of a pro....

me personaly, dont have a desire or use for it. i wouldnt dare knock soemone who USED IT, but those that abuse it can look pretty silly!!

Always seemed real risky. Maybe its better understood now than 10 years ago. If its safe, I guess thats ok.

Reminds of the show I saw last night about those black market butt injections that some women are going for. They were using Fix-A-Flat to increse buttocks size. LOL...Injecting fix a flat into their asses...I swear

actually he didn't he said he used a SEO but syntherol is a specific brand of SEO. Just like pumpnpose is also a type of SEO. Almost made me look like an idiot, but not this time.

i personally used pump n pose and like i stated above it needs to be done in a specific way and specific rotation. if you do it wrong it will distort your muscles and make you look absolutely retarded. i didnt like the small amount of distortion that i got for the short period of time as the oil abosorbed and dissapated. i have been stepping on stage for the last 15 years and have worked with a ton of different people along the way. this was one of the things that i had never tried before. it added about 2 and a half inched to my arms and about 3inches to my calves. i kept 2" on my arms all the way up to the stage and 2 and a half inches to my calves even after stopping it 5 months prior to the show. no distortion whatsoever but again i was working with someone that knows what they are doing and i wouldnt have taken the plunge reading and or researching on my own. this year will be seo free and my normal route cause i dont need to add anymore to those areas now and back detail is the priority for my offseason

yeah i was very pleasantly impressed and it didnt distort or look all weird but the scary part to me was that it can kill you for one if you knick or hit a vein. that was the down side that worried me most even after asperating. it does work very well

Never used it nor saw the need to and at this stage of my life never will use it.I know and have known several guys that have used it and liked it.Some didnt get carried away and didnt look ridiculous while others it was quite obvious that they were using it.To each his own and with the criteria to win on stage so high for bodybuilders it is definitely understandable why some turn to its use as with AAS.Just a different game IMHO.

i am with you on this one fist and like i said had i not been working with my guy i wouldnt have done it. he said we were being conservative in my approach so i didnt get the stupid lumps and smoothing out that you see dumb people with. it has its applications but you have to know what you are doing or you will be ruined and look stupid

Agreed brother.Definitely something to be used in moderation and supervision thats for sure.You're definitely a smart brother and respect the choices you've made and am impressed with your success the you've achieved in bodybuilding.Keep it going my friend.
