actually he didn't he said he used a SEO but syntherol is a specific brand of SEO. Just like pumpnpose is also a type of SEO. Almost made me look like an idiot, but not this time.

i have under the supervision of a pro"....now...the sentance does go onn, but i dont see any indication of him saying "i used an seo"...
but..i'm part sped when it comes to this subject and really dont know the diff...what is the diff anyways?

Just different brands of pretty much the same thing. I have done lots of research and from what I know its painful but I'm not at a place I need to tune like that yet.

i use it and got 4 inches on chest and 2 inches on arms nowhere else. been using it 4 yrs , minus injury time. works great but like dave said u need to know your limits or it makes u look stupid like valentino.

no pain from shooting it but the pump can be pretty brutal cause on top of the oil you are doubling the volume with blood. that is what you are looking for to stretch out the fascia up in there. never had any pain issues from it even at 3ml in each calf

well, the protocol that i was using was that the muscle to be trained for example triceps was hit 1 hour prior to training. you shoot the desired amount (for my guidance 3ml) in each of the long head to the depth of 1". you train that muscle as normal and it doubles the volume of fluid with blood and seo which in turn stretches out the fascia. when you shoot it deep into the muscle i would compare it to the pump you get from a normal workout and with the seo in there it is double the pump. from what my guy tells me the stupid look that you see is due to people not going deep enough and over using it or a combination of both. it isnt a quick fix it is an added tool to the tool kit. like i said before it increased mine a lot and i enjoyed the effects but i dont need the increases this year or i will get my symetry out of balance if i keep at it

guys be careful i use syntherol, but chris clark or pump n pose it can leave scar tissue as its very thick oil and pump n pose i heard of alot of people are getting injection infections. but , not one of the guys w/ infections needed nothing but antibiotics but they were scared to know that could of led to harm. so please guys try and get clean stuff and price isnt worth getting junkl or thick or scar tissue. i know u have to massage but chris clarks is unreal i tried it and it took me two days for the oil to get massaged out and size up. very clean but to thick oil.

I have stubborn calves. i need to bring them up at least 2 inches. Everything else on me seems proportionate. I always thought that you needed to inject each muscle each day. Is that true? or Just once a week? I have some scar tissue from years of pinning so I was always a little nervous about trying synthol.

You actually have to inject each head of the muscle everyday. It's a very poke intensive process. Calves would be very painful but I have seen some good results from.people.
