        Cycle:

        Anti-E:

        Recovery:
        - Clomid starting week 13 (three weeks after final injection). 300mg day 1, 100mg for the next 10 days, 50mg for the following 10 days.

        Liver Protection:
        - 1000mg ALA per day
        - 1000mg Milk Thistle per day
        (The 1000 ALA per day would probably be adequate, but I am paranoid in this area, my liver is important to me, I only have one, and I would rather be safe than sorry.)

        Hair-Loss Prevention:
        - Azelaic Acid 5% + Minoxidil 5%
        - Topical Spironolactone 2%.
        (The Azelaic Acid will inhibit the DHT formation in the scalp while the spironolactone will block any other androgens from attaching to the receptor. This will keep the EQ from doing any damage as well.)

        Supplements:
        - Creatine 5mg pre-workout and 5mg post workout.
        (This works well for me, I only take it on workout days, I get good results from this strategy. I found that if I take creatine every day, I get muscle cramps, retain water, & become more prone to dehydration.
        - Labrada Lean Body meal replacement packs. I will be taking two of these per day.
        - Multivitamins (with extra vitamin C, E, & extra calcium).
        - Xenadrine (Just 2 in the mornings, to get me going for work.)
        - Whey Protein (post workout shake)
        - Protein Bars (mixed variety of brands, I get bored if I eat the same ones every day)

        Split:
        Sunday - OFF
        Monday - OFF (Basketball League Night)
        Tuesday - Chest & Tris
        Wednesday - Back & Bis
        Thursday - Legs & Abs
        Friday - Shoulders & Traps & Rear Delts
        Saturday - OFF
        (There are a lot of bros who don't agree with my split, but I have experimented and this works best for me. I play in a basketball league on Monday nights, so that is my cardio. I am also a firm believer in plenty of rest, so I like have the 3 consecutive days off, and I like having my weekends off.)

        Diet:
        Will be posted in detail later...........

        Stats:
        6'1
        200.0 lbs
        15% BF

        Goals:
        6'1
        220.0 lbs
        10% BF

        Notes:
        I am injecting on Sunday's & Wednesday's of every week. I mix my Enth and EQ in the same shot. I alternate 4 injection areas: right glute, left glute, right quad, left quad. I massage the area for about 10 minutes & apply a heating pad afterwards. I will be posting on a weekly basis, including injection times, hunger increases, mood swings, weight gain, etc.........

        Please feel free to critique any of this information & check back for updates, I will be adding info for the duration of the 13 weeks.

            why are you running 500 mg/wk of EQ? why not just use 3 bottles up and do 600 mg/wk? just a question ...

              that looks like a very well laid out cycle ... i'm about where you are, i started 3/03 and i was 5'11 196 at 11% bf ... now i'm at 211 and 13% bf ...

              you've got some lofty goals, but best of luck to you ...

                  Wednesday 4-2-03

                  Took my second injection in the ass at around 8pm. Everything went smooth, no problems.

                  Today I had a headache all day and I felt pretty crappy for most of the day, I sweated thru my workout and managed to eat good. Could be a case of the Enth Flu. Hopefully things will get better.

                          Friday 4-4-03

                          Thanks to CJ's & Bouncer's advice, I decided to up my EQ dose to 600mg per week. So I took another shot of EQ today. I did a quad injection, no problems, went smooth.

                          I felt great today, no headache, had a good workout (legs) & ate like a champ. I'm pretty sure nothing has kicked in yet but I was up 3lbs, to 203. Time for rest, not hitting the gym again until Tuesday

                              good luck bro, I would love to see your diet. How often you eat, calories, ratios, how much meat to powders and so on. You could always look at my cycle and progress, with diet and so on. Just posted it..
