        I know how u feel bro. I used to feel that way too before when I bulked, I felt all fat and bloated but what helped me keep in shape and endurance was the jogging I used to do and the cardio. I played ball too at the park courts and kicked ass. Mostly all guys were like 6 feet guys and smaller weighing no more than 160. I was 205 at the time, quick as a bullet and strong as a bull. Bastards couldnt move me and I even dunked the ball in thier faces. Thats why I keep cardio on.

          update

          I've been having anxiety lately and this is something I've never had before, so I have to blame it on the juice.

          I had one anxiety attack on the airplane on the way home from LA. I felt like I couldn't breathe, I got light headed and dizzy, thank god I had my headphones, I listened to my music closed my eyes and it finally went away.

          This past friday at work, I was working on my computer, got dizzy feeling. It was bad, I went to the little clinic here at my job and they took my blood pressure it was 156/93 normal is 120/80.
          It was sky high. But of course the anxiety makes it high as well. I laid down and relaxed for about 15 minutes, the anxiety subsided and I went home. I checked my bp later that night and it was back to normal 126/77.

          Had another anxiety attack last night in the club. It was more of a severe headache, heart pounding, sweating feeling. It wasn't really anxiety, but it was just a bad feeling. I went out to the car, turned on the AC and relaxed until my friends were thru partying.

          I'm considering stopping my cycle, this shit sucks. I'm going to the doc this week to talk to him about it. I hate going to the doctor.

            middle of week 8, I dropped my EQ dose down to 400, because the anxiety is kicking my ass.... i'm only assuming its from the EQ, but i'm not positive.

              LadiesMan, you and I have traded a few posts etc on high blood pressure. Just so you know, I'm in the middle of my 1st cycle, and also experienced the anxiety attacks and high blood pressure. I think the anxiety situation was related to the F**ck*** hairloss I was experiencing. I am using the same hair products you are along with minoxidil and they really seem to be helping. Also, I got some mild BP meds, ToprolXL, and I haven't had the anxiety, head pressure, heart racing etc. and generally feel much better and much more "comfortable."

              In fact, I'm considering upping my test for the last 4 weeks. Anyway, I think the anxiety is definitely related and you probably freaked yourself out extra when you got the high BP reading. I saw your other post and it looks like that is under control.

              Try to relax (easier said than done), keep an eye on the BP and get some exercise with the ladies to relieve some tension.

                  well my hairloss has been minimal thank god. My blood pressure is under check, sometimes I feel pressure in my face like around my damn eyes, not sure what that is........

                  sometimes my heart races at night when attempting to fall asleep and the anxiety comes like a thief in the night, when i'm least expecting it.

                    *update*

                    I am starting on week 9. I have officially screwed up this cycle thanks to beer. I did not drink the first 6 weeks and the last 4 have been downhill, and when I say downhill I mean i've been wasted every weekend past week 6.

                    But I had fun getting drunk so who cares, please don't lecture me, I know I screwed it up, but oh well, I still got decent gains & still have a few weeks to go. I'm gonna finish up strong.

                      I think from ur lifestyle etc., juice isnt' ur thing. You luv to party and enjoy life to its fullest. By using juice you are wasting ur money. I remember u saying something like you're not into getting that big anyways, just lean. Well u don't need juice for that my friend. You are truly the recreational work out guy. I would say just work out like you have been, watch ur diet (sounds like u know how to do that) and just talk supplements like glutamine. Leave the juice alone. Its not worth it for you and ur wallet............

                        Actually, I'm starting week nine tomorrow, now that i've recalculated it. And when I say i've screwed up this cycle, I mean I haven't gotten the full potential out of it because of the last few weekends of drinking, that does not mean It hasn't been awesome. I am just a perfectionist and I know I could be getting a little bit more, but hey its only been 8 weeks and I started at 200lbs and i'm at 211lbs today. I have also lost body fat, so I am very pleased with 11 pounds of LEAN muscle thru 8 weeks.

                        DiamondBling: If I am "truley a recreational workout guy" then what are you? A professional bodybuilder? My diet has been great, my workouts have been awesome, haven't missed one yet, but like I said i'm not perfect and I did go out drinking the last few weekends, so you say I shouldn't juice? Well maybe CJWolf should stop juicing because he eats Wendy's occasionally or better yet, maybe BigJim should quit wasting his money on gear because he has a social life and enjoys drinking a few beers on the weekends. And take glutamine? That placebo does nothing for me nor anyone else, thats the worst advice to give someone.

                        And if you think i'm wasting my money on a small Test and EQ cycle & 11 pounds of lean muscle isn't worth it, then you can take your .02 cents back because you probably need it.

                            Well I was natural for 5 years and I feel like I reached my potential.

                            I'm 6'1 & naturally very lean with a fast metabolism, so its pretty much a struggle for me to put on weight, so IMO 211lbs is not too shabby for me. Combined with me having some sort of disorder about having a flat stomach, I can't go on bulking diets.

                            And I really haven't posted any pics that show my body.

                              Everyone has different goals but I think DB was just trying to help you maximize your gains. Maybe he stated it the wrong way but his intentions were good. Good luck finishing your cycle.

                                You're a perfectionist and you got wasted several weekends... way to be a perfectionist there.

                                The anxiety - test and Eq are well known for this, but drinking makes it MUCH worse. Drink has a rebound effect next day making people more anxious, if you are already amped up, this can lead to anxiety and painc attacks.
