Injected yesterday, felt good. Other than that nothing new. I set every clock in my house ahead one hour except for the most important one, the alarm clock in my bedroom. 1 hour late for work, oh well. Basketball league tonight.....
Today is Sunday april 13th. My last update was 1 week ago. I have taken shots on wednesday, friday and today. ass, quad, ass. The quad injection was really sore for a few days, first time i've had severe soreness, but i can take it no big deal.
Well two weeks are complete, my weight is 207. I feel fine, I was out at the club saturday night & didn't drink much, I noticed that I was more irratible when people bumped into me and when guys acted stupid, it irritated the fuck out of me, i'm usually not irratible at all, but I guess this could be a side from the test. My strength is going up, but mainly my endurance is strong, my muscles feel "tighter" & full. But I don't think i look any different in the mirror yet.
more updates to come two weeks are complete, I haven't missed a beat with my ala, l-dex, & hair treatment!!! Still goin strong.
i'm gonna just start making weekly updates to this unless something drastic happens that needs to be added right away.
Well i just finished week 3, I am still sitting at 207lbs, i have been eating really good, but I don't think I have been eating enough. I'm gonna up my calories a little bit. My strength has gone up this past week & I can tell that my muscles are starting to grow quite a bit, my shirts are getting tighter and people are making comments about it. My balls still seem ok and my hair is not falling out at all.
The injections are going smooth, except for one. I think I had a bad needle or something, the fucking thing would not go into my quad, it was dull or something, then it finally went in and hurt like hell, I took it off and put on a new one and no problem. I have also started sweating more starting yesterday, probably from the EQ upping my red blood cell count.
I feel really good and now am starting week 4, this should be when it really starts kickin in because both of these are long acting...... oh yeah my face is a little bloated still even with the .50 of ldex daily, but not bad.
Hey guys, this is my official Cycle Diary. I will be keeping track of everything for the duration of my cycle thru clomid on this thread. I hope this will benefit the board, help newbies, & also keep me motivated as well.
Anti-E:
- L-dex .50ml every day.
(.25 would be adequate, but I am paranoid in this area, I do not want bloat, acne, and definantly don't want any Gyno.)
Recovery:
- Clomid starting week 13 (three weeks after final injection). 300mg day 1, 100mg for the next 10 days, 50mg for the following 10 days.
Liver Protection:
- 1000mg ALA per day
- 1000mg Milk Thistle per day
(The 1000 ALA per day would probably be adequate, but I am paranoid in this area, my liver is important to me, I only have one, and I would rather be safe than sorry.)
Hair-Loss Prevention:
- Azelaic Acid 5% + Minoxidil 5%
- Topical Spironolactone 2%.
(The Azelaic Acid will inhibit the DHT formation in the scalp while the spironolactone will block any other androgens from attaching to the receptor. This will keep the EQ from doing any damage as well.)
Supplements:
- Creatine 5mg pre-workout and 5mg post workout.
(This works well for me, I only take it on workout days, I get good results from this strategy. I found that if I take creatine every day, I get muscle cramps, retain water, & become more prone to dehydration.
- Labrada Lean Body meal replacement packs. I will be taking two of these per day.
- Multivitamins (with extra vitamin C, E, & extra calcium).
- Xenadrine (Just 2 in the mornings, to get me going for work.)
- Whey Protein (post workout shake)
- Protein Bars (mixed variety of brands, I get bored if I eat the same ones every day)

Sunday - OFF
Monday - OFF (Basketball League Night)
Tuesday - Chest & Tris
Wednesday - Back & Bis
Thursday - Legs & Abs
Friday - Shoulders & Traps & Rear Delts
Saturday - OFF
(There are a lot of bros who don't agree with my split, but I have experimented and this works best for me. I play in a basketball league on Monday nights, so that is my cardio. I am also a firm believer in plenty of rest, so I like have the 3 consecutive days off, and I like having my weekends off.)

Notes:
I am injecting on Sunday's & Wednesday's of every week. I mix my Enth and EQ in the same shot. I alternate 4 injection areas: right glute, left glute, right quad, left quad. I massage the area for about 10 minutes & apply a heating pad afterwards. I will be posting on a weekly basis, including injection times, hunger increases, mood swings, weight gain, etc.........

Start of week six. I weighed 211 yesterday, however I don't like the extra weight, I have decided to stop bulking. I am still gonna eat clean, but just not as many calories. I don't feel right with the extra weight & most importantly all my nice clothes aren't fitting very well. I have decided that i'd rather be 200lbs and ripped instead of 220 and bulky feeling. It just isn't me.
My strength and endurance increased. I worked out with the 100lb dumbells on incline press, no problems, that is a lot of weight for me. I could probably press the 120's but I can't handle them like getting them up to the position to press them it puts alot of strain on my back and everything else.
I also almost had an anxiety attack on the airplane and I have never had one before, so i'm pretty sure its from the juice. My face is also bloated even with the ldex, probably just from all the extra calories and water retention. Other than that I feel fine, I drank all weekend which isn't good, but hey it was my birthday, so fuck it.
Week 7 just started, i'm at 212 and I changed my diet completely because I don't like being bulky feeling. My clothes aren't fitting, my abs aren't showing etc........

My carbs were alot higher initially, but I was getting too bulky feeling.....
Also now when I play basketball, I get stuck playing down low with the big guys because I have the extra weight now. Fuck that! I'm a guard!
