nah cuz.. no records.. i REGRET not playing football.. coaches asked me all the time to play.. they said i would start if i came to practice.. But I was working so i didnt... i just workout like a friggin maniac... I guess i got good genetics.. thats what the guys at my gym said.. But everyone i meen EVERYONE knows i take roids... because i had absolutely no muscle and then got to where i am... My 1st cycle was 600mg's Test Cyp.. 450mg's Deca and d-bol of course... this is my 2nd cycle it looks like this... 1G of test, 600mg's Equipoise, Was running d-bol.. but bloated me too much... Was running winstrol by my joints as i said earlier are ALL fuked up.... And of course 450-500G's of protein a day... good shit by Allthewhey.com... dunno if u heard of em.... And weightgainer... Well that's itAge: 19

I have never maxed out on bench before.... the best i have done lately with no spot was 365 4 times.... but i am small.lol.. only 5'5 so i only need to move the bar like a couple of inches with a wide grip..... as i see it, who cares how strong u are... as long as u can fill a xxxxl shirt at 6% bodyfat, its all good.....
