    About 330-340 and climbing. I did 315 after all my sets, and it went up with ease.

      I dont like to max out that much because If I dont get up what I expected It will fuck with my head, and mess up my work out for the next week

        I don't max out period, that's why I have to estimate it. I like to do 3 rep maxes, but I still do them after my other sets. So I did 275 for 8, 285 for 5, 295 for 4, and 315 for 1. I could have done 275 for 10, and the others for another rep or 2 also............that was without a spotter until 295 and 315. But the 315 felt pretty light, so I figure I can do about 335.

          585lbs on the BP plates loaded machine, 2 years ago, did it for a rep.

              In april of 03' I started workingout for the first time in my life...It was all I could do to bench 135..10 times....been doing a steady workout since then..joining a gym and reading everything I can on this forum...started my first run of gear the last of november...enth and d-bol. As of Jan. 24, 04' I am able to do 10 reps of 320 with ease.. My goal is to be able to bench 400 by april 04

                  ok, i weigh about 224-226 lbs, 511, and
                  i did : 225 x 12
                  315 x 8
                  350 x 4
                  375 x 2

                  i don't max out coz it will fuck me head up, and starting thinking about maxing out all the time, but i'am guessing around 405-415 for one rep

                      420 last summer when I was on a duratest cycle. Down to 385 now.
                      Dont You hate it when people put there next cycle in here.

                        bingo we have a winner.. i don't max out because of that.. i just put 3 plates per side and workout with that.. if its a good day then i'll add 10's or do anonther set.. but really don't go super heavy anymore

                          my max was 350 .....no where near that now....i have to many issues going on right now ......soon i will get things back in order

                            For some reason, I've been working out for a year and have gone way up in all my other chest stuff (db's) but My bench is still at a ***** 135 8x3 for some reason lol

                              firefighter, you gained almost 200 lbs on your bench in less then a year? that seems like a lot. If u really did that is insane and good for u
