In april of 03' I started workingout for the first time in my life...It was all I could do to bench 135..10 times....been doing a steady workout since then..joining a gym and reading everything I can on this forum...started my first run of gear the last of november...enth and d-bol. As of Jan. 24, 04' I am able to do 10 reps of 320 with ease.. My goal is to be able to bench 400 by april 04

95# for me i can rep it 3X.
i dont max on bench it hurts my shoulders and elbows also i use dumbells instead of bar. on db i workout with 95-100# db for 8-10 reps 4 sets. my chest is a weak part of my body but its coming along slowly
