        you should try and consume atleast 6 meals a day, 8 would be better. You need to eat 2,772cals ed to maintain your wieght, you are probaly not eating that much now. every week eat an additional 100 cals until you hit 4,000, then it is time to grow.
        come to think of it that sounds like a killer cycle right there.
        currently cutting:
        wt: 210lbs
        ht: 5'11"
        bf%: 11%

        current cycle:
        Off

          Cool, I respect that, and you're right, we (I) are quick to use the word "fact". Nothing is really a fact, we can only go off of patterns and statistics.
