I've never believed in roid rage before, but some people around here are so damn touchy! You disagree with them and they get all pissed off and immediately start calling you names. Just for disagreeing! Maybe it's sign of immaturity, or maybe it has to do with the type of person drawn to juice. Or maybe steroids do make them jerks!
Sorry bro, disagreeing is one thing, but you were a dick when you said I made shit up. This little bro has done his research, but he is not ready! Mature or not, there is no way you can know your body good enough yet to be cycling, and you know that user! How's he gonna keep a check on bloodwork? You don't think the doc's gonna know something's up? It just isn't smart, and now he says he's not gonna get much taller. How the hell does he know? I guess he's been talking to a psychic

Height can be predicted quite well be physicians (as posted earlier, I don't remember how). But anyway, you made a comment about something earlier and then said it was fact. I was pointing out that YOU think it's fact. I think something else is fact. It basically comes down to either of us could be wrong, but be careful about calling something fact. Neither of us are doctors (as of yet anyway ), and even then it's amazing what we don't know about how the human body works, and it's amazing how fast what we do "know" changes on a regular basis.

You said I was wrong and I said you were wrong (yes I was a smart-ass, sorry). I'll agree to disagree, though.

Alright finally got sometime to post, my diet is like this: i have a breakfast of 3-4 eggs some wheat toast and ham. I also eat a bannana if i'm feelin sore for the potassium and if not an orange. I take 1 shake of whey/casein/egg mix. Then i have my lunch, generally something like chicken brest and more wheat bread some steamed vegtables and maybe some tuna. I eat lots and lots of tuna. then i lift and my post workout drink is optimums whey w/ 2 scoops natural peanut butter, 1/3 cup crushed oatmeal, 1 tablespoon flax oil. Then i have dinner it varries from night to night. And then maybe another whey/casein/egg mix shake and thats what i eat.

Yeah, nobody in any sports does that. Definitely not me.

I pulled this article from a site that I searched.

                        Steroid Use Among Teenagers
                        by Dave Ferrell

When the public hears the word steroid they often think of professional athlete. But the public never seems to have the idea that teenagers are using these dangerous anabolic enhancers. A study in December of 1999, a survey called Monitoring the Future showed that anabolic steroid use by 8th and 10th graders had increased and the perceived risk about steroids had declined among 12th graders. Dr Alan I. Leshner headed the survey. “We knew we had to take steps to reverse this trend before it gained momentum," explained Dr. Alan I. Leshner, director of the National Institute on Drug Abuse. "Half a million young people are using steroids, and the number is growing."

A typical needle used to inject steroids
Another common misconception is that it is not always a weak person using these steroids. “High school athletes are more likely than their non athletic peers to use steroids, because they believe it will build strength and muscle,” said Dr. Linn Goldberg of Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. Many high school athletes believe that it is a necessity to do whatever is needed to gain an edge on the competition. They do not weigh the pros and cons of using these anabolic drugs.

                        The different forms of Steroids
Some of the many side effects include sterility, premature ossification (closing over) of growth plates in long bones (stunted growth), aggressiveness, acne, connective tissue injury – irreversible, masculinization (among women). There are also separate side effects for males and females. Males can experience such side effects as prostate cancer, developing breasts, and body image disorders. Females can experience such side effects as growing facial hair, eating disorders, and depression.

                        Bottle of steroids
Many teenagers look to their favorite professional athletes to gain advice on how to get to the level of professional sports. Sadly, many of theses athletes have admitted to, at one time or another, using some form of anabolic enhancer. As a result, these teenagers do not see it as a dangerous idea. They think that this is what they have to do to become a professional athlete. The teenagers do not bother to find out about the dangerous side effects or if the athlete regrets using these drugs.
Teenagers today are not afraid of trying these drugs. They are more worried about what they are going to receive from using steroids rather than what it is going to cost them in the long run. Reasons that have been given by teenagers for using these hazardous strength and endurance enhancing drugs include not making the sports team, not meeting peer pressure and demands, not getting “the girls, not being able to compete with others who are using steroids, and not looking as good as they could.Parents and teenagers must both educate themselves about the risks involved with the use of steroid. The more educated teenagers are about the risks involved the more they will think about the pros and cons of using steroids. If parents become more educated about these drugs, it becomes less likely they will allow their children to continue or start using anabolic steroids

IMHO I don't think you understand what's at stake here kid,are you ready to face the consequences if you get caught by your coach, parents or worse the law,do you know how long you will be in prison if you get caught by the law, what fines you will have to pay, believe me kid, this is a dangerous game we play and it's most for sure not suitable for kids,I suggest you think long and hard on this and don't say you have because you really haven't because kid,if you play with a lion, your liable to get eaten.

I'm a Junior Nutrition Major at the University of Florida. I'm taking the Pharmacy entrance exam this october (PCAT) and the medical school entrance exam this April (MCAT). I'm sort of torn between the two for different personal reasons, monetary and ethical. I'm 100% sure I'll end up in one of them, however.

                          makavellie,
while I am young (21), I don't feel that I should be called a "teenager" since A) I'm not, and B) there is a definate maturity difference between a junior in college and a high school student. But then again, who really cares what I'm classified as.

Alright one more question, i know everyone's body acts differently but w/ the 500 test enth and 400 EQ a week could u give me a rough guess of weight gain to expect week by week. I'll be using an anti e so take that into count. Remember i understand everyone is different i'm just lookin for a rough guess.

steroids are about like anything else in bodybuilding. Some people can run 250mg/wk of test for their first cycle and put on 20 lbs. His workout buddy may see a 5 lb. gain. It's sort of hard to say.

As far as "week by week" goes, that's even more impossible to guess. Some people metabolize the esters faster than others so it kicks in faster. I didn't start seeing really good gains off my first cycle until the 7th week (500mg test e/wk, 400mg deca/wk). Others may see good results 4 or 5 weeks in.

It's hard not to ask, but it seriously is impossible to tell you any of that stuff. Our guess is as good as yours.

IMHO, in a 3 month period I would say the most MUSCLE (not counting fat or water) someone can put on (with the exception of VERY FEW freaks) is probably around 20 pounds tops.
