Is there any way this cycle will be the difference between getting or not getting a scholarship? If it may be it is somthing you need to think about. If not there is no way it's worth it bro. I was wiry in HS too, but things change with time.

Well i'm not really wiry right now at all. I think i have a pretty decent base. The only concern i really have is how the weight gain will come (weight classes) and how people's perception of what is happening will be. I think i should be alright, the only thing that could be an issue is if out of nowhere i gained 15 lbs in the middle of the season. If its a steady increase i think it should be alright.

i generally get 9 hours of sleep and i basicly use OVT http://www.fitnessgeared.com/forum/s...5&goto=newpost just not everything they list and only when i'm doing some serious bulking and can just sleep and eat all day. But otherwise its more like dips weighted 4x6, bench 4x6, incline 4x6. arnold press 4x6 and flies 4x6
For legs i hit squat then just a little leg curl and leg ext, then real heavy calf raise and the 20 rep squat to finish that i got of the Got Fina board. Arms and back are wide grip pull ups. I do these extremly wide, cable rows, arm blaster curl w/ the bar across my chest to hold my arms in place, a couple of iso curl w/ dumbells and some one arm rows and bent over rows. None of this is set in stone i frequently change it up and use different exercises at different sets, reps and the order of them.

IMHO, if you're serious, buy some software and keep track of EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. It only takes about a week to get used to it, and then you wonder how you lived without it!
Seriously though, this one guy at my high school started hard-core bodybuilding in 10th grade. He started out at about 120 lbs. At 20 years old he won Mr. Panama City (a fairly large contest) at 195 lbs. RIPPED. He walked through the halls with a little lunch box with his oatmeal and tuna and whatever else so that he could eat every hour.
I personally kept a lunch box in my car and carried as much stuff with me in my hands as possible. ziplock bags of dry oats and protein shakes. I would restock at lunch time when I went to my car with tuna, etc. It's not easy, but school really isn't an excuse to not eat a certain way. It just takes a little more effort and preplanning on your part.
