I'm bumping to 600mg /day of the powder. Been at 400mg /day for 2 days and don't feel a thing.

i'm at 600mg/day now too. I found what the problem is. When sources make the DNP, most dont let it dry because when it dries its more of a mess to make. So about 15% of that 200mg is what. The only one that dried his DNP was a source over at meso, P**L***, because he has a labhood.Comment

PL is about the only one that does it the right way. He drys and preps it in a labhood. I wish i got a hold of some of his DNP, but he quit making it
Sides at 600mg arent bad, but i'd say i'm around 500mg though, considering the % of water weight.Comment

i know! He's a SOB, he was being monitored by two doctors though, at 800 not matter what he ate, he still lost body fat. But i think he was really taking 400mg, because i heard the tabs he bought were really 100mg instead of 200mg.Comment

Well i got my scale in today, because i'm going to start making my own gear
. Anyways i measured the DNP caps and they came out to 540mg, WTF?
What are your thoughts? I thought they were supposed to weigh 200mg...Comment

without the cap. Oh well i'll stay at the dose that i'm at till the pills run out and then start dnp from a different source.
How long can i run dnp for? Since its not a stimulant......Comment

Low dosage you can go up to 21 days. High no more than 10. I'm at 600 and may go to 800 of the powder stuff.Comment
