    I found that running it longer at a lower dose was better ..If you want theheat try adding yohimbi it has a synergetic effect you will be on fire and lose the fat ....watch out.....I mean Fire

          It is possible to gain. The weight comes off after you finish becuase you tend to retain alot of water. I found I was at my lowest weight 2 weeks after finish.

                I would drop the PB. Extra fat will only slow down your results, IMHO.

                  I can't thank you enough NubianBeauty, you have been SO helpful!!

                  I'm Training 4 days/week..I haven't been doing cardio, but i could add 20 minutes 3 times if suggested.

                  I'm currently using Iceman's ALA 500, I'm using t3 @ 100mcg/day to speed up my metabolism, and i'm also on 50mg of Winny ED. I think i can run the cycle for 21 days...

                  Don't you think i should get rid of some of the peanut butter. Maybe have it at meal 1...?

                    I indeed mean't teaspoons. Yes, currently ALA is the only supplement i'm using, I just got some multi-vitamins i'm going to start taking....

                        Well i guess its legit i weighted 212 at the beginning and now i'm down to 208 after 5 days.....Now i just need to break this habit of eating cereal at night

                          Still at 400? Feeling sweaty or anything? I could feel 200 of crystal, I guess the power id not as strong. I am anxious to see your results. I can deal with the short term effects. I wonder what the long term negatives are. I have done 3 cycles. It really friggin works. keep us posted

                            Well when the room gets at 75 degrees or above, i start sweeting like no end and i feel TIRED as hell. I can barely walk about....

                                I look bloated and carb depeleted now and i keep wakeing up at night and eating cereal . I NEED TO STOP!!!!
