Day 4 on DNP and not feeling the heat

  • I was just about to post about that.

    Weighted in at 201 today! down 3lbs in 2 days! I started at 212lbs( two weeks ago). I think if you run it longer at a lower dose such as 400mg/day, it works so much better.

      DNP can achieve an increase in 70% in BMR by using Dinitrophenol+lysine which makes it more deliverable to your body.

      In fact, I posted several studies by a french scientist who did quite a few tests on DNP which proved the 70% increase in BMR.
      The dose however was high(10mg/Kg).

      Some of us postulated that the increase in BMR induced by the DNP was linearly related to the amount ingested in (mg/Kg).

      2mg/Kg----- 14%
      4mg/Kg----- 28%
      6mg/kg----- 42%
      8mg/Kg----- 56%
      10mg/kg--- 70%

      So, as you can see, even a measly 200mg/day(Which is barely noticeable) delivers a 14% boost in BMR, which is 467% that of Ephedrine's 3%.

      i.e. you can only increase BMR so much until your core temperature just goes out of control and you cook yourself from the inside out, no matter how many fluids you ingest.

      I have personally done 10mg/Kg for 5 days, and while VERY uncomfortable, it was not life threatening at all because I knew what i was doing. As probably in all things.

      And while 2,4, Dinitrophenol is a component in TNT, it is also used as a food dye as it stains things yellow. Its is FDA approved for this purpose btw. Goes to show what a BS organization the FDA is.

      • Good job hyp. That is alot of weight to lose in such a short time....and you are prob holding 5lbs of water. The shit is awesome.....are you feeling sweaty or warm after you consume carbs? I am gonna get some powdered caps and do 400 for 2-3 weeks and 600 for a week or so

        • From personal experience, at low doses I don't think you hold very much water (another plus for low doses).

            Thanks man! Expect to sweat buckets around day 7. I hope i'm holding a lot of water that mean more weight will come off later :p

            This is with eating all you can eat chinese food one day, and eating at night. Lately i've just that out, except the chinese , it's the best!

                  • I've make some tweeks to my diet, tell me what ya'll think....

                    Meal 1:
                    4 Egg Whites
                    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
                    1/2 Cup applesauce mixed in w/oatmeal( It's good!!!)
                    500mg ALA

                    Meal 2:
                    1 tablespoon FF Mayo
                    1 can tuna(small size, about 2.5 servings)
                    1/2 Cup oatmeal
                    1/2 Cup applesause mixed w/oatmeal
                    500mg ALA

                    Meal 3: Pre-Workout
                    Protein Shake
                    - 1 Banana
                    - 1 scoop of ALL THE WHEY
                    - 1 cup Skim Milk
                    - Splenda
                    500mg ALA

                    Meal 4: Post Workout
                    Protein shake
                    - 1/3 Cup Dextrose
                    - 1 scoop ALL THE WHEY
                    - Mixed with water
                    500mg ALA

                    Meal 5:
                    4oz. Chicken Breast
                    1/2 cup veggies

                          You couldn't have heard that from anyone very reliable.

                          My caps were tested twice. Each time they tested out at appx. 200 mg crystal.

                          On my next cycle I ate every clean and only bumped up to 400mg. I lost body fat better at 400 mg eating clean than I did eating like a pig at 600mg and 800mg.
