I'm taking the DNP plunge

With the help of Guns I'm going to try DNP for the first time and I will start out small and slow. May not be the norm but I want to see when I do it again what I then will have to deal with

I will thats why Im starting out aty a low dose lower then normal just to see how my body will react. I tell ya I sweat like a dirty whoe already its going to suck sweating more. Looks like my wife has more laundry to do. I;m also going out and buying more dago T's and Towels and pillow cases

I have a supplement expo I'm working for 4 days in July so dropping the small amount of bf I have stored up

no impact on mood whatsoever. other than sweating you wont even notice any changes. keeping it reasonable the lethargy and other side effects will be non existent. their is absolutely no need to push the envelope with this stuff. it will do it's work without getting stupid with it

Ive run it twice the 1st time i was a fool and didnt research it just listened to some fool i know and over heated so bad i ended up in the er. Your doing it right starting slow to find what dose works for you. The 2nd time worked great i stayed hydrated on pedilite if thats spelled right and water. Found the dose that was good for me and it was magic. Im 40 now and just dont think im comfortable taking it anymore risks vrs rewards. Shit now even clen puts me all out of whack. The one thing i hated about dnp was always sweating i would wake up when i could sleep in a pool of sweat. Take ur time with it and just pay attention to ur body. Good luck and be safe brother.
